Station entry. An operator scans the travel ticket, confirms which production stage the job reached, and saves. Writes a scan event that the dashboard reads.
Inspection station. The same scan flow plus a pass or fail result, a required failure reason, and notes. A fail puts the job on QA hold until it is cleared.
Planning view. Sales orders pushed from Cabinet Vision that have not been scanned yet, ordered by due date with past due at the top. Its own search, due-date filters, KPIs and month calendar.
Supervisor view. Every sales order by stage, QA holds, the live scan feed, and a month calendar for historical and upcoming production. The filters apply to the board; the calendar shows the whole month and says so.
